Do you reclaim seats automatically?

Default: human approval for every reclaim. You can configure auto-reclaim with thresholds, such as auto-revoke after 90 days dormant with a 7-day warning email.

What about annual contracts?

KINT identifies the waste regardless of contract structure. The reclaim flow can release the seat, notify procurement before renewal, or flag it for non-renewal.
