Pricing questions
Do you charge per connector?
No. Pricing is per employee. Growth includes every connector that runs through API and SCIM paths.
Does browser automation cost extra?
Browser automation is available on the Growth plan (up to 5 apps) and the Custom plan (unlimited). Starter uses API and SCIM connectors only. If your stack includes apps without management APIs (Adobe, Figma, Canva, Navan), Growth or Custom covers them.
Can we start without an HRMS?
Yes. CSV upload works as a source. Most customers add an HRMS later. Day one doesn't need one.
Do we need Okta or Entra first?
No. KINT can run direct HRMS-to-app workflows. If you already have an IdP, KINT runs alongside it.
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes. No card, no auto-conversion, no calls required. You sign up, you connect one source and one app, and you watch a workflow run.
Is there a free plan?
No. There's a 14-day free trial of the full Starter plan, no card required. Product plans start at Starter ($3/employee/month).
How long until I can run my first workflow?
Typically 25 minutes from signup if you have your HRMS API credentials ready. OAuth setup is under five minutes. The first test offboarding usually runs the same hour.
What's the SOC 2 status?
Type I complete. Type II is in the audit period. Report expected this quarter.
What about data residency?
US by default. EU and India available on Custom. Single-tenant deployments available for regulated industries — talk to us.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep your data — full export as JSON + CSV. Workflows stop. No clawback, no termination fees.
Do you offer annual prepay discounts?
Yes. 15% off the monthly listed rate. Multi-year deals negotiated case-by-case.
