Do you charge per connector?
No. Pricing is per employee. Growth includes every connector — API, SCIM, and browser automation for up to 5 browser apps.
What if we need browser automation for more than 5 apps?
You'll need Custom for unlimited browser automation. Or talk to us — there's a one-time implementation fee depending on scope and ongoing maintenance terms.
Can we start without an HRMS?
Yes. CSV upload works as a source. Most customers add an HRMS later. Day one doesn't need one.
Do we need Okta or Entra first?
No. KINT can run direct HRMS-to-app workflows. If you already have an IdP, KINT runs alongside it.
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes. No card, no auto-conversion, no calls required. You sign up, you connect one source and one app, and you watch a workflow run.
What's the SOC 2 status?
Type I complete. Type II is in the audit period. Report expected this quarter.
What about data residency?
US by default. EU and India available on Custom. Single-tenant deployments available for regulated industries — talk to us.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep your data — full export as JSON + CSV. Workflows stop. No clawback, no termination fees.
