This public Data Processing Addendum summary explains the processing roles and controls Kingsley Integrators uses for KINT. Signed customer agreements control where they conflict with this page.

KINT processes customer data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, and to follow customer instructions.

Processing role

Kingsley Integrators generally acts as a processor or service provider for customer HRMS, SaaS connector, workflow, and audit evidence data.

Customers remain responsible for determining which systems to connect, which workflows to enable, and which legal bases or notices apply to their workforce data.

Security measures

  • Encrypted transport and encrypted storage for sensitive records.
  • Backend-only handling of provider credentials and refresh tokens.
  • Org-scoped access controls and audit logging.
  • Replay-safe workflow lineage for provider mutations.
  • Subprocessor review and customer support for data export and deletion requests.

International transfers

Where cross-border transfer safeguards are required, customer agreements and applicable standard contractual terms govern those transfers.
